Traverse City Area Commercial Real Estate

Dan is an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt and deals exclusively in commercial property sales and leasing.  He has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation that is held by less than 1% of the realtor members of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors.  Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2002, he was involved with commercial property acquisition, leasing and management. Dan has owned his own business, been a financial analyst and holds a degree in Economics & Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Dan, a well-respected commercial real estate agent, has an impressive history of sales and leasing from national, regional, and local businesses.  He has completed over 300 sales and leases totaling in excess of $100 million in transactions during his real estate career. Dan is very familiar with office, retail and industrial properties in Traverse City and the Grand Traverse Region.  He has the ability to facilitate transactions by navigating through the complex process of financial analysis, negotiation, zoning, environmental concerns, inspections, tax deferred exchanges and lease analysis. Dan is a member of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and sits on the Traverse City Tax Board of Review.
