Professional Background

Sales have been the driving force early on in my life and have develpoed into a life long career. If it has a market there is a good chance I have dabbled in it. From the family business to the farm and what ever else I seem to take on I have always been self driven, and that is why I excel in real estate.

My first sales job was at the age of 6, that career lasted as long as I had a source for my product, which was candy. Every kid in school new me and I made most of my money before school even started.

I have a strong back ground in auto sales I even managed a used car lot for several years. I owned and operated Sutton's Greenhouse for 10 years this was the family business, so the work experience side is 21 years. I then decided I needed a change, so here I am. I have always wanted to sell real estate but I knew with a family it would be challenging. Now that the kids are grown and making their own families, I knew it was my turn to explore this career, that has always fascinated me.

Through the years I have developed a sales mentallity that has proven to be successful in every market I have worked. I am a driven person and will do everything in my power to get the job done. If you are looking for someone that doesn't let the grass grow under their feet...well that would be me. I also come with a guarantee of service!

Professional Interests

Interested in all properties, commercial, residential, agriculture, recreational, waterfront, condo's, properties that would qualify for the Stacker 1031 Exchange, and property management.

Personal Background

I grew up in the Cadillac area, and attended McBain Public, and Lake City Area Public schools. I grew up on a cattle/horse farm and I still farm and ride today. I raise beef cattle, turkeys and chickens, and I have 2 very spoiled horses, one is a Gypsian  (Gypsyvanner/Friesian Cross and the other is an American Quaterhorse Paint. I live north of Lake City, and love the remote area in which I reside, I love to hunt and I can walk out that door and be right in the midst of heaven.

Besides hunting and riding, I fish, mostly salmon but I have taken a liking to walleye so this has been new for me. They say my hands are too calloused to feel them bite but I know its just a matter of time before I develope the knack to catch them. More practice right!  I am having fun doing it! Last year I caught a 17 1/2 inch crappy just under weight by 2/10ths  of a pound for a master angler patch, but I still stuffed him!

I am a retired horticulturist my husband retired me 4 yrs ago and I have enjoyed the time working in my yard and my own gardens. Love to swap plants and enjoy trading for new perennials, shrubs and herbs! I tend to look for properties that will host the hobby farm or hunting, just because of my own personal interests. I have recently discovered a new farm technique called forestry farming and currently have buyers looking for wooded property with a 70% tree canopy
