I am pleased to share with you my excitement for the Real Estate business!  Licensed since 1991, I have sat at the closing table countless times as a BUYER and a SELLER of apartment buildings and investment properties, both in Michigan and Palm Springs, California.  As a result, I have learned what makes a great agent, and what does not!  Now, as an active Realtor and Managing Broker, I often think back on the agents that I relied on the most, people that I respected and trusted, and always knew were working their hardest for me.  That served as a terrific mentorship for what was to come.  Real Estate is my passion, and I am pleased to be involved in it now to the extent that I am.  I approach every real estate search or opportunity as an important part of one's financial portfolio, and for the investment potential it brings!  I can also assist in Residential Design and Property Management.  I am a business owner in my community, and also serve on multiple boards.  I am a firm believer in "If you want to get something done, give it to someone who is busy!"
