Grand Traverse County Waterfront homes for sale.  For 2018 the number of waterfront sales are down from last year by 15% primarily due to a lack of inventory.  Logically prices have gone up by 4.2%.  Unless inventory increases for 2019, which the first quarter does not show signs of such, we can anticipate another marginal healthy increase in prices in both Traverse City waterfront homes for sale and residential Traverse City MI homes for sale.
