Welcome to my Website
My wife and I came to Antrim County in 1986. It became our primary residence about 20 years ago and we still count our blessings being able to live in such a beautiful place. Now I am lucky to be part of a great team of Realtors. At Coldwell Banker Schmidt we will listen to you and work hard to make your wishes into reality.
Listening to your real estate needs, ideas and plans then collaborating with you and our team of professionals to help you buy or sell a home, business or property. Coldwell Banker Schmidt is the second biggest Coldwell Banker business in the United States. We have offices in Michigan, Ohio, Florida and St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. https://www.cbgreatlakes.com/About_Us

My wife and I have 2 sons. Aaron and Rina live in Florida and both are managers with Verizon. My son Rob and wife Cyndie own the GT Butterfly House and Bug Zoo on M-72 in Williamsburg. Our twin grandaughters live in southeast Michigan.
I spent most of my life working in the auto industry. I worked in real estate off and on and had my real estate license for over 40 years. We have lived full time in the house we built on Clam Lake since 2009. There are so many places we love in Antrim County and nearby, it is hard to list them all but check out some of the links below.
Bellaire and Elk Rapids have nice movie theaters and most towns have weekly live music in a park or street venue in the summer months.
