Making a proper decision when offers show up at our sellers doors is so important to traveling the long road to a closing.

There are so many things to consider when an offer shows itself.   INSPECTIONS, APPRAISALS, NET DOLLARS, UNDERWRITING OPTIONS, TIMING, POSESSION.

The main thing we stress over and over to our sellers is this; usually a one line counter offer to the buyers offer quadruples the sellers chance of an acceptance by the buyers.

Make a simple but well thought out response to all WRITTEN ALL OFFERS.
