Welcome to my Website

Thanks for visiting!

There are two constants in Real Estate!  The first is that there is always something new to learn and second is that when you think you know it all something changes!  My focus is on education.  There is SO MUCH misinformation about this industry that I feel compelled to share what I know.  If you think about it, buying/selling a house is/will be your SINGLE GREATEST TRANSACTION.  No matter where you are in life, your first home, first investment property, first sale, this will be your single greatest transaction.  Don't you want someone who will tell you the truth, work hard for you, and try to make sure is it a success?

My commitment is that you WILL NOT find anyone who will work harder for you.  My promise is that I will be there with you every step of the way.

To better live up to this commitment I have recently teamed with Kevin Hoeve.  We are "Working together to serve you better!"  Kevin and I bring a new "set of tools" to the table.  We are both licensed builders, have specialized in short sales and foreclosures, and are committed to helping you find a home that is "right for you"!

Take some time, look around, visit my blog, most important, HAVE FUN!!!!!

I recommend:

8th Street Grill if you like GREAT corn chowder.

The Kurragh if you like AWESOME Irish Pot Roast.

Personal Interests

I am a fan of people!

I enjoy a good book.  Right now I am reading "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People".  If you have read it and would like to talk, give me a call!

I love sharing coffee with someone I care about and listening to "their" story.

I am a big fan AND admirer of my wife.  She is the kindest, most gracious, most tenacious, loving person on the planet!  (obviously no bias here)

I am a HUGE fan of my kids.  They are so cool.  I give their mother all of the credit.  I was usually too busy working, but, they are truly loved and I am truly blessed each day to have them in my life.

I am the HUGEST fan of my grand children, Jonah, Cammie, Maysie, and now Baby Will!  (I think most parents with agree that there is nothing better than having a grandchild.)  They light up my world.  I don't care how bad a day you have, one look at their smiling faces and all our troubles disappear.
