Welcome to my Website

Thanks for visiting my Webpage.

Real Estate is the largest single investment we make in our lifetimes. Whether buying or selling residential real estate, you'll want to know that someone has your best interests at heart during negotiations and through to advocate in your corner. I want to make sure the experience is both pleasant and positive.

The foundation of any successful business is excellent customer service. You need an agent who's responsive to your real estate needs and desires and one who will communicate with you throughout the process. It can be overwhelming--developing offers, negotiating the issues and completing the legal paperwork that closes the deal. Let me help simplify the process, making it a seamless transition.

If you are not in the buying or selling market, but, perhaps, know someone who could use the help of a knowledgeable agent to guide them through this process, have them give me a call.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you or someone you might recommend to make that next real estate transaction a memorable experience.

Professional Interests

A realtor needs to stay current with the issues affecting the fast-paced real estate industry. As a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR) and the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors (WMLAR), I have access to a broad range of resources that allows me to remain knowledgeable and provide my clients with the best possible services. In addition, I continue to volunteer within the local public schools and an area Christian school. In the past, I have been involved with the Chamber of Commerce, Arthritis Foundation, American Red Cross and Muscular Dystrophy Association, as well as many local church initiatives. I am fortunate that I am able to give back to the community that has been generous in providing my family with a truly wonderful life experience here in Grand Haven for more than two decades.

Specializing in residential real estate along the West Michigan lakeshore for first-time homebuyers, those looking to get into their next home or those seeking a second property as a rental enterprise or vacation getaway on any of West Michigan's many inland lakes/streams or, perhaps, that special place on the coastline of Lake Michigan.

Professional Background

After many years as a broadcast journalist and more than a decade in corporate communications and public relations, I chose a career change into real estate. Designed to satisfy a passion for helping others, I obtained my realtors license in August 2012 with the goal of helping others sell their property or find their dream home. I enjoy meeting people, listening to their needs and desires and assisting them in their real estate transaction. My entire working career has been grounded on a foundation of integrity and service to the general public in a very transparent way. I intend to continue that tradition in assisting those who entrust me to help them with one of the most significant financial transactions in their lifetime

Personal Background

Living in Grand Haven for more than two decades, my family spends its time creating wonderful memories and enjoying all that West Michigan has to offer. We love our community and have made it a point to get involved in the many activities that make Coast Guard City USA so unique. I am a Chicago-area native who came to West Michigan in the early 1980s. As a former television journalist and corporate communications/public relations professional, I have had the opportunity to serve my community as well as several non-profit organizations that provide valuable and essential services to many of our residents. It's a point of pride for me. So, too, is the opportunity to help many fellow residents who are looking to sell or buy real estate. It is my hope that I can help others discover the same amenities and activities that West Michigan has provided to my family.

 Grand Haven

Personal Interests

Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Ferrysburg (Tri-Cities) provide an abundance of outdoor activities for all of us to enjoy no matter the season. I enjoy the variety of family-related activities throughout the year such as walking, biking, golf, attending festivals, ice skating, ice hockey, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, school activiites, movies as well as plenty of choices when it comes to dining out along the lakeshore. And, in the winter, there's nothing better than sitting next to a warm fireplace, watching a beautiful snowfall and enjoying a cup of hot chocolate. This is the life!
