Welcome to my Website
My husband Tom and I have been happily married for 43 years and became full time residents here at Houghton Lake in 1990 relocating from Saginaw where we were both born and raised. When we're not working we enjoy travel, golf, fishing, enjoying our family and friends and playing some Texas Hold Em Poker.
I'm a firm believer that experience is the best teacher and I've been a full time Realtor with the same company for 23 years - so plenty of experience and I've truely enjoyed every minute of it. Having vacationed here every summer since childhood, my knowledge of the Houghton Lake, Higgins Lake area is extensive.
My goal for both Buyers and Sellers is a smooth transaction from beginning to end. I believe my success is due to hard work, honesty, good planning, being committed to professional ethics and knowing the local real estate market inside and out. This and making sure that my customers and clients have fun along the way. There is nothing more fulfilling that handing the keys over to a first time buyer and seeing the looks on their faces or being able to fulfill the dreams of a retired couple who has worked their whole life for this wonderful new beginning. Nancy, what a load off our minds having the Elm St. house sold. Thank you for the time, energy and the market magic you put into putting a sold sign up, and you found such a nice family for it to boot. Thanks again and enjoy the fleeting summer sun! Louise
Well Nancy I can't believe it but it finally closed. The word short sale has got to give you nightmares. You are a miracle worker, 10 months but your persistance got it done for us. We can never thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication. Stacy

I was born and raised in Saginaw Michigan. Graduated from Arthur Hill High School. Received an Associates Degree in Business from Delta College. Loved everything to do with the outdoors but my favorites were softball, golf, volleyball, horseback riding and fishing. I met my husband Tom the last week of high school and we have been married for 43 wonderful years. For 22 years we showed and raised Pekingese, finished many to championship - all owner handled.
My real estate career started with my working as a phone room supervisor and then went on into sales. Our company sold many projects throughout Michigan - including Forest Lake, Lake of the Pines, Lake Isabella, Lakes of the North and Sugar Springs. So as you can see, I started from the dirt up! It was good training though, and I really learned how to sell. We relocated to Houghton Lake in 1990 and I began selling houses, which I found I really loved! I've been with the same company for 23 years. I'm dedicated to my clients and customers to do the very best job possible. It is wonderful and so satisfying to be able to listen to a buyers wants and wishes and then find them the perfect match. CALL ME! I WILL FIND YOUR PERFECT HOME OR UP NORTH GETAWAY!!
When not working - We love travel, golf, boating, fishing, playing games and spending time with our family and friends. My favorite places for travel are Gulf Shores Alabama, Biloxi Mississippi, Jensen Beach Florida, all of Arizona, Las Vegas Nevada and cruising the Caribbean. I also love playing Texas Hold Em.
