When preparing your home for marketing, consider three main surface areas:

1. Flooring

2. Counters

3. Walls

Visually, these three elements create the biggest impact on potential buyers. If these surfaces are outdated, it is often that updating/freshening these areas can increase a homes value. 

Talk to your realtor about what your home can commend in your given marketing area before making any changes to set you up for success and to see a return in value.
