Amy Land-de Wilde started in real estate in 1986 on St. Croix after living on the island for over seven years. After cutting her teeth in another very established real estate company, she ventured out on her own in 2001 and was approached by Coldwell Banker to open their first brokerage in the Virgin Islands. She was excited about the opportunity and went from being a solo broker in a small office to having three offices and 30 agents. She merged the excellent reputation of Coldwell Banker and their high-quality resources with her on-island reputation and experience.
