Carly is a Traverse City native and top producing Realtor. She works for her family-owned brokerage, Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors, which was founded by her great-great grandfather in downtown Traverse City in the 1920s. In 2024, Carly personally oversaw 24 transactions for her clients for a total sales volume of over $20.2M. Carly works alongside her husband, Mike Petrucci, who closed 27 transactions in 2024 with over $5M in sales volume.

After graduating from TC Central High School, Carly went on to receive a Bachelors from the University of Notre Dame before returning home to begin her career in real estate in 2016. Carly takes a proactive, solution-oriented approach to her client's transactions, keeping her clients fully informed every step of the way.
