We were purchasing from several states away. Chad was recommended by a friend. He was so helpful with the many questions we had. He was very prompt in responding any time of day we called, emailed or messaged. There were commercial/residential issues which were handled seamlessly. Outside of traditional real estate questions and transactions, he provided options for everything we asked for from local lenders,
home inspectors, local movers and even carpet cleaners. It was nice that he would let us know if he had direct experience with options or if the recommendations were from others.

He couldn’t be more honest, calm, and direct when it comes to making sure he is telling you the pros and cons of homes he is showing you.
