Kevin was the perfect real estate partner to help us find our dream home. We discovered Kevin because he listed a home that we were interested in and got to know him over several months when that home (and many others) did not pan out. Kevin is very easy to talk to and relate with, is a good communicator, knowledgeable of the industry, the area and the homes on the market. He is a good read of people and most importantly, Kevin patiently showed us a variety of different types of homes while we tried to figure out what we really wanted, without ever pressuring us. After several months of not finding 'the one', Kevin ran a list of all available homes based on our criteria and asked us to look them over to see if we missed anything. Sure enough, the 'one' we were looking for was on that list and we knew it instantly. It wasn't what we were looking for - it was everything we wanted and much, much more! We weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy a home as it would be a 2nd property and used as a summer/retirement property and Kevin Nagel was the perfect fit for us! While he was always just a text or phone call away when we needed him, he was NOT a pushy and overbearing presence during our hunt.
